Research and Lookups
Business often need info about other businesses, for whatever reason, it might be a photographer or designer someone is thinking of using, try a google search query which often will give you comments about them from previous customers. There are situations though where you need much more detailed research, eg a background check or a reverse phone lookup online. With a local company, photographer or whatever, you know for sure that they will either provide a good service or you can go back to them and demand recompense. With a company operating on the internet and who may be based on the other side of the world you need to be careful as there are many scams around and if you cannot physically get to the how do you get satisfaction if annoyed?
