The register of suppliers in England and Wales
The register of number plates suppliers in England and Wales has been extended to Scotland and Northern Ireland. To buy a number plate the customer must provide at least one original document from a list of approved documents to prove their name and address and entitlement to the registration number.The documents must allow the supplier to check name, address and entitlement.
