I was riding to town with my brother in his 15 year old
Used Honda Civic yesterday. I noticed there was no mention of an airbag on the dash or steering wheel. This really concerned me because an airbag can be a life saver in an accident. I know that all newer model cars come equipped with airbags?for the front seats and many even in the back seats too. So, I was just wondering how many years ago that airbags became mandatory when manufacturing cars? I sure wish my brother’s car had an airbag. It makes me very nervous for him to be driving without at least one airbag in his car.
